Francisco Xavier Rodriguez Calderon, Esq., (He/Him) is a graduate of Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. His legal passion is helping people in Southern California navigate the complexities of Trust and Estate planning. He is an active member of the California Bar, as well as the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. Before transitioning to Trust and Estate planning, Francisco practiced as a Family Law litigator in Beverly Hills, California.

Francisco was born and raised on a horse ranch in Tucson, Arizona. He later moved to Southern California, where he has lived for over two decades.

Francisco has been involved in numerous organizations supporting the advancement of LGBTQ+ rights. While attending Loyola, Francisco was the President of OutLaw, which is the nationโ€™s oldest LGBTQ+ law student association and was first established at Loyola in 1972 as the Gay Law Students of California (โ€œGLSCโ€). Francisco also managed Loyolaโ€™s Legal Name and Gender Marker Change Clinic, which is a free clinic offering assistance to people updating their legal name and gender markers on identification cards and other legal documents.

In 2023, Francisco received the Deanโ€™s Service Award and was selected by the Loyola Administration for the โ€œLiving a Life of Purposeโ€ Award.
